ORDERS:-
In the Government Order 15 read above, among other things orders have
been issued that all educational, training, research, coaching institutions etc., to
remain closed to prevent and contain the spread of COVID -19.
2. In the Government Order 2nd read above, among other things, it has
been ordered that the final year classes for all Colleges / Universities including Arts,
Science, Technical, Engineering were permitted to function from 07.12.2020
following the Standard Operating Procedures. Further, Hostels for the above
College Students were also permitted. Final year classes of Polytechnic and Hotel
Management Institutions included under the head Technical were also permitted to
function from 07.12.2020.

In the Government Order 3rd read above, among other things, it has
been ordered that, all Under Graduate and Post Graduate classes (including
Diploma classes) in all Colleges / Universities including Arts, Science, Technical and
Engineering are permitted to function from 08.02.2021 and the hostels for the above
students are also permitted.
4. In order to cope with the syllabus and practical hours of this semester,
the Government directs that all the Higher Educational Institutions under the aegis of
Higher Education Department viz., Under Graduate, Post Graduate Classes
(including Diploma classes) in all Colleges / Universities including Arts, Science,
Technical, Engineering shall function for six days a week, by following Standard
Operating Procedures, with effect from 08.02.2021 to fill the end of this academic
year 2020-2021.
