*** In the reference 4th cited, GO.Ms.No.30 and 31 Revenue and Disaster Management (D.MIV)Dept. dated 13.1.2021 and Principal Secretary to Government, School Education Department DO letter regarding Standard Operating Procedures to be followed communicated to all the Chief Educational Officers. In the reference 5th cited, SOPs issued by the Commissioner of School Education communicated to all the Chief Educational Officers. In the Government letter in the reference 6h cited, all the Chief Educational Officers were instructed to implement the Standard Operating Procedures and to take all the precautionary measures in the schools. Moreover it is informed that there is information that some private school managements are casually handling the situation and not giving much importance in implementing the Standard Operating Procedures strictly. 

Hence, all the Chief Educational officers are instructed to take all necessary precautionary measures in the schools across their district. 

Furthermore it is stated that students coming to the schools in Perambalur district, especially Government High School, Perambalur are not wearing proper face masks and some students are just keeping hand kerchiefs on their faces. Similar situation is witnessed at some of the schools in Ariyalur and Pudukottai districts. Hence, all Chief Educational Officers are requested to instruct the school Headmasters/ Principals to implement the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) issued by the Government strictly without any lapses.
