DEAN ACADEMICS
The Candidate must be a distinguished academician with
notable academic achievements. He should be a change maker
and an Institution builder and bring the university at par with the
best in the world
• The candidate should have leadership capabilities to set
academic goals, build cohesive teams and estabish a culture of
academic excellerce, Upgrade Teaching Learning processes,
Oversee academic planning and bring them at par with world
class universities
• Lead all academic and research initiatives, supervise academic

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Ph.D. from a reputed university in India or abroad.
• Core understanding and experience of academic administration
in a university setup.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, as well
as epoaking and prosentation skille.
• Demonstrated professional experience proven track record of
&
leadership role.
At least 5 years of experience in care academic leadership role.
• Experience in facilitating accreditation with external bodies like
NAAC, NBA, ABET, AACSB
• Experience of Outcome based education is mandatory
DEAN RESEARCH
• To be responsible to Head R&D ecosystem of the University
• To make sustainable strategies and efforts for maximizing the
tangible research outcomes in alignment
with NAAC/NIRF I OS
THE etc.
• To mentor and coordinate Publications, Patents and Funded
Projects with a time lire baeed strategic plan and execution.
• To create an ecosystem where the creativity of the students and
faculty are harnessed to innovative works.
• Promoting research funding culture in faculty by mentoring them
to get research grants from various national and international
funding agencies.
• PR policy implementation to commercialization of patents.
• Create Industry interface for industry driven rescarch and
innovations
• Promote Interdisciplirary research and research collaboratiors.
• To leverage internal peer review mecharisms in research.
• To disseminate and implement good research practice and
ethcs.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• PhD in Engineering/Basic Scences in any discipline, with at
least 5 years of experience in guiding and directing research in
natonal and international organizations/Institutions.
• A comprehensive understanding of the R&D ecosystem
. With proven track record of Research as high quality
publications, good citations and H-Index, patents granted and
have good experience in funded research projects.
• Networked with eminent national and international institutions
. Good interpersonal skils and experience of communicating
effectively with a wide variety of Stakeholders.
DIRECTOR (Entreprenurships and Incubation Centre)
• The candidate should create a strong passion to incubate start-
ups /spin out businesses and build a support network that
stimulates entrepreneurial spirit at the Incubation centre at
Galgotias campus.
• Should create a start-up process lifecycle and act as a key
innovation mentor for our students and faculty by building
strategic alliances with all stakeholders and deliver support
particularly from investors and government bodies.
The candidate should be able to develop a mentor network for
the incubator and work to make the incubated venture
successful.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Core understanding and experience of academic administration
in a university setup.
Experience in working wth ARIA, IIC/Innovazion's department/
division/Incubation Center.
Salary will not be a constraint for deserving candidates.
