1) Essential: (i) Post Graduate Degree in any branch. (ii) B.Ed., (iii) Teaching experience of 5 years as PGT and 2 years Administrative experience as Vice Principal / Grade-Il Principal / Senior PGT. (iv) Age should be minimum 35 years and maximum 52 years as on 31-03-2021. No age bar in case of employees of Ramanath Secondary School. Age relaxation for SC/ST and other categories as applicable. 

2) Pay Scale: Level - 12 (Rs.78800-209200) and other allowances as applicable. The total emoluments per month would be Rs. 1,09,016/- as per VII pay Commission Pay Scales.
