APPOINTMENT OF JUDICIAL MEMBER
FOR TAMIL NADU LOKAYUKTA
The Government of Tamil Nadu, vide G.O.(Ms.) No. 149, Human
Resources Management (N-Spl.) Department, dated 24.12.2021,
has constituted Search Committee under the Chairmanship of
Hon'ble Thiru. Justice G.M.Akbar Ali (Retd.), Thiru. Mohan Pyare, I.A.S.(Retd.)
and Thiru. R.S.Nallasivam, I.P.S.(Retd.) as Members, for the purpose of
submitting the names for consideration for the post of one Judicial Member of
the Tamil Nadu Lokayukta.
The Search Committee invites applications for the post of one Judicial
Member of Lokayukta from interested persons, who is or has been a Judge
of the High Court or has put in 25 years of experience in State Judiciary with
impeccable record. The qualification, disqualification, term of office and other
criteria may be verified from Tamil Nadu Lokayukta Act, 2018 and the Rules
thereunder.
Interested persons, shall send their application by Speed Post / Registered
Post, so as to reach the Chairperson in the given address, on or before
5.00 pm of 28.01.2022. Application received after the closing date shall not
be entertained.
The applications already sent, if any, either to the Chairman of the
Search Committee or to any other authority before publication of this news
item shall not be considered as a valid application. The applications received
on or after the publication made in the newspaper alone will be considered.
