Sub- School Education Granting permission to provide training

in the development of artistic skills to school students-reg

The following arts practitioners have requested permission to go directly

to schools and offer their work (Paper-Art), free tutorials and guidelines in order

to develop and encourage artistic skills in a simple way for government and

government-aided school students.

1. Mr. Umesh Roy, New Delhi.

2. Mr. Puran Lal, New Delhi.

Therefore, The Chief Educational Officers are of all districts requested

to permit them to visit the schools in their district and to show case their skills to

the students and to give training. Further, necessary instructions to head masters

can be given to co-ordinate and to provide appropriate facilities in this regard
